Our accommodation daily rates include ALL farm activities except for horse riding and clay pidgeon shooting which are available at extra charges.

Horses - our horses are gentle but too old to be ridden ( but children under 5 yr old could be walked on a pony, on a lead) - if guests want to ride horses, then by arrangement at extra charges, the riding is conducted off site by a qualified Equestrian instructor.

Meals - Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon teas are included at no extra charge.
Cooked breakfast and all other meals are available on request at reasonable extra charge. Many ethnic meals can be prepared

Privacy - We share facilities with our guests, however the guest wing has its own bathroom and toilet.

Courtesy MultiMedia - We have large screen TV, Satellite TV, DVD & CD Amplifiers, Playstation PS2 for the kids if its wet, & FREE use of the guest computer with internet. Also have FREE Wi-Fi connection for laptop/Phone use. Good cellphone coverage here

Parking - Free parking is available

Laundry - The laundry facilities are available FREE for guest use or we could do the wash/dry for you at an extra charge

Airport / Rail Ferries / Rail Station - We can often pickup from these terminals on request. A modest charge will apply. We are 50mins from the Airport, 25 minutes from the Rail Ferry and 5 mintes from our local Rail Station
